Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the KhutSem Live application, content, ticketing and related services.
1. Acceptance and accounts
By using KhutSem Live you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for access to your verified phone number and devices. Never share OTPs, playback links or access credentials.
2. Content licence
Movies, streams, audio, video, artwork and other content are licensed for personal, non-commercial use. Recording, copying, rebroadcasting, reselling, bypassing security or sharing paid access is prohibited. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or unauthorised redistribution.
3. Purchases and tickets
Prices, access periods and event conditions are shown before purchase. Digital access and physical gate-entry tickets are separate products. Payments may be handled by the applicable app store or an authorised payment provider. A failed payment does not create an entitlement.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product, event status, whether access was consumed and applicable law. Report duplicate or incorrect charges through Support with the payment reference. Refunds for app-store purchases are also subject to that store's process.
5. Availability
Live services may be affected by connectivity, device compatibility, third-party infrastructure or event changes. We make reasonable efforts to restore service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
6. Liability and law
To the extent allowed by law, KhutSem is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Manipur, subject to applicable consumer law.
7. Contact and changes
Questions may be submitted through Support in the app or sent to contact@khutsem.com. We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
