Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

KhutSem operates the KhutSem Live application, website, ticketing, streaming, audio and related support services. Privacy questions can be sent to contact@khutsem.com or submitted through Support in the app.

2. Information we collect

• Verified phone number, account identifier and optional profile information.
• Purchase references, ticket history, entitlement and check-in information.
• Device, playback-session, IP address and security information.
• Playback activity and progress needed to provide and protect content.
• Support messages and information you choose to submit.
• Push-notification tokens, crash reports and app diagnostics.

Payment-card or UPI credentials are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider. KhutSem retains transaction references and status, not your complete payment credentials.

3. How information is used

We use information to authenticate accounts, process purchases, issue and verify tickets, deliver content, secure paid playback, restore viewing progress, provide notifications and support, prevent abuse, diagnose failures and comply with legal obligations.

4. Service providers and sharing

We share only what is needed with providers supporting payments, OTP delivery, media delivery, hosting, crash reporting and push notifications. This may include an app store, Razorpay, 2Factor, Mux, Firebase and hosting providers, depending on the feature used. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

Account and active-session information is retained while your account is active. When an account is deleted, direct account identifiers and support messages are removed. Limited transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, gate-entry and accounting records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business obligations.

6. Your choices and account deletion

You may disable notifications through device settings. You can permanently delete your account inside the app from Profile > Delete account, or use our public account-deletion page. Deletion signs out all devices, ends playback sessions and removes your phone number, name and support messages. It cannot be undone.

7. Security, children and updates

We use access controls, expiring sessions, protected media URLs and monitoring, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. KhutSem Live is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change; the effective date identifies the current version.
